Built step by step, year by year — guided by the people who trusted us with their move

2022
Founded in 2022 with one simple goal: to make renting in Portugal easier for expats in Lisbon, Cascais, and Porto. That same year, we helped 30 families find their new homes
2023
Our team had grown to 10 people and expanded its services to property purchases, mortgages, and business rentals
2024
The team grew by another 15 professionals across key regions. 327 families rented or bought properties with our help and we celebrated each move with a bottle of wine
2025
We reached 40 professionals across Portugal and helped over 500 families settle in their new homes. We now cover the Algarve, Silver Coast, Coimbra, and Madeira
2026
We are expanding beyond tenant and buyer representation, actively helping property owners sell and rent out real estate across Portugal. We also launched our Spain direction, supporting clients with rentals and property purchases
